Now  the Steps - How to Disable Comments in Blogger:

Step - 1. Login into your blog & select the blog in which you want to disable comments.

Step - 2.  Go to "Posts, comments and sharing" Under "Settings" Tab. like Settings  ›  Posts, comments and sharing.

Step - 3. Click on the Comment Location settings & Select "Hide". Now Save your settings & you are done. This complete procedure can be shown in the screenshot given below.
